- This place is a restaurant specialized in Sollip Jorimdak (chicken braised with pine needles) and Sollip Dwaejigalbi (spareribs braised with pine needle) using a special sauce made of pine needles and plum enzyme fermented for more than two years. Sollip Jorimdak is offered with only the local breed chicken which is supplied on the same date and seasoned with the differentiated sauce. As Sollip Dwaejigalbi is barbecued by the owner himself with hardwood charcoal and served on the stone plate in order to prevent it from getting cold. This restaurant is a really famous place popular for entertaining guests.
